Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between the parties listed below, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer electronically via www.aeparts-store.com and to be delivered by the Seller.

3. Product Information
The type, model, quantity, brand, price, payment method, and delivery details of the product(s) purchased by the Buyer are determined based on the information available in the system during the order process and constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

4. Order and Payment Conditions
Before completing the order, the Buyer confirms the product, price, shipping fee, and payment terms.
Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other methods provided on the website.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing or system errors.
Orders are not deemed valid until payment approval is received.

5. Delivery Conditions
Products are shipped to the Buyer’s specified address via the contracted courier company within 1–5 business days, depending on stock availability.
Delivery times may vary based on the courier company and the delivery address.
The Seller is not responsible for delays or damages that occur during shipping.
The Buyer is obliged to check the product upon delivery; in the case of damaged or missing items, a report must be issued with the courier officer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller by e-mail at info@aeparts-store.com within the specified period.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, complete, and accompanied by the invoice.
Once the returned product is received by the Seller, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using the same payment method.
7. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

Products prepared or customized specifically at the Buyer’s request,

Electronic components such as sensors, ECU/ECM, and other sensitive parts,

Products that have been installed or used,
-
Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery (e.g., filters, liquids, chemicals, etc.).
8. Return and Exchange Process
The return process is subject to the terms stated in the “Return and Exchange Policy” section available on www.aeparts-store.com.
The Buyer must review and comply with the conditions stated on the relevant page before submitting a return request.

9. Warranty and Service
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty. The warranty period and coverage may vary depending on the product.
Defects caused by user error, improper installation, or issues outside the manufacturer’s responsibility are not covered under warranty.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
The Buyer’s personal data is protected by AE PARTS OTO. TÄ°C. LTD. ÅžTÄ° in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
The data will only be used for order processing, delivery, and legal compliance purposes.

11. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, war, fire, epidemics, infrastructure failures, or transportation barriers beyond the parties’ control, the contractual obligations are suspended.
In such cases, neither party may claim compensation from the other.

12. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the Buyer’s or Seller’s residence shall have jurisdiction.

13. Enforcement
By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement becomes effective upon electronic confirmation by the Buyer.
